Unlimited, non-exclusive use forever. Modify, print, sell products with it—but don’t resell the art itself or claim ownership. Artist can still license it to others.

Terms

1. Grant of License
   • The artist grants the buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the illustration without restrictions on quantity or print runs.
2. Permitted Uses
   • Commercial and personal use (ads, merchandise, books, websites, etc.).
   • No limit on copies, impressions, or distribution.
   • Modifications allowed (adaptations, color changes).
3. Restrictions
   • No resale as standalone artwork (e.g., stock assets, NFTs).
   • No trademark/copyright claims (buyer cannot register it as their exclusive IP).
   • Artist retains rights to sell/license the same illustration to others.
4. Attribution (Optional)
   • Credit not required unless agreed otherwise.
5. No Warranty
   • Provided "as is"; artist not liable for misuse or legal disputes.
6. Termination
   • License is irrevocable unless buyer violates terms.
